Feels like a bit older of a property. Some of the bath fixtures didn’t quite work and felt old. Service at the bar wasn’t up to the standard at other four seasons. The bar fire pit was broken. The food at terra not great. Fairly small pool and spa area. Update: they charged me for breakfast even though they said it was included and their customer service have been radio silent even though I’ve sent multiple emails.

Love the scenery until we got a room for three people not being told there was two full-size beds. Also part of the scenery included blood on our pillow. Service has been great since we got here. Very accommodating, but this pillow and accommodating my face 🤣. The guy at the front desk, even asked if we wanted water when we were in the valet line. He should’ve asked if we needed a new pillowcases. I know some may say that’s a little bit of blood but when you’re paying this much money for a FIVE STAR hotel, we expect more. Had to come re-edit my review we got a completely different room and now there’s a contact lense stuck to the bathroom counter. The staff is amazing I will definitely root for that. #neednewcleaningstaff #openyoureyes #nopunintended

The most luxurious, other worldly resort out there. We stayed for a mini honey moon and enjoyed every single second. Highlights included dining at Terra on Christmas eve, building our own fires in our room and on our private patio, indulging in a couples massage at the spa, and jogging the Camino Encantado. The staff and service were impeccable, they paid attention to our every need and went above and beyond to communicate with us. Aside from the hotel, we took day trips to hike the surrounding mountains, spend time in downtown Santa Fe, go to Meow Wolf, and visit Bandalier National Park. We enjoyed the outdoors of Santa Fe and the unique, local foods. We can’t wait for our next stay with the Four Seasons, this has definitely turned us into worldwide return customers!

My husband and I just stayed at Four Seasons Rancho Encantado for three nights, and everything about this property was exceptional. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly including the valet, concierge, adventure center, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. We also really appreciated that the hotel staff will drive you into Santa Fe at the top of every hour; that was incredibly convenient. The property itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the easy access to the well-maintained hiking trail right onsite. However, one of the things that stood out for us at this Four Seasons location was the food. Every single thing we tried from the menu was excellent. Not to mention, the menu has a lot of great options. My husband would not stop talking about the chicken enchiladas we had for lunch one day; they really made an impression on him. Needless to say, we enjoyed the consistently good food and service. We will definitely be back to this property. It’s a real treasure.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is exceptional. The rooms are new and really nice. I love the boutique feel of the property, having a smaller number of rooms than other brand properties I’ve been to. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. The food was excellent. We have stayed at a number of Four Seasons around the world and I would rank this one at the top.
