I made an appointment. I arrived. They sent me upstairs. I played. I came down to pay and found out that I was charged much much more because it was upstairs. I did not ask to be put upstairs. Nothing on the appointment told me that I would be paying more. I questioned the person who informed me that it happens a lot with people. Do you think that if it happened a lot that they would do something about it and rectify it? Not warning a person that they would be paying more is unethical.The last time that I go back to golf zone.
