Park City Mountain

Skiing is much better now, yesterday, groomed conditions were great, fresh powder options with some thin cover. Not too crowded on slopes and quick lines, parking is terrible. Make sure u use High Valley transit or parking reservations and carpool.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the “FirstTime” lift line due to unclear signage and unprofessional staff behavior. There was a “Single” sign placed ambiguously between two lanes, with no clear indication that one of them was reserved exclusively for ski school. I chose a lane in good faith and queued normally. I did not cut, did not block, and I was willing to wait until the single lane progressed to my turn Instead of calmly clarifying or acknowledging the unclear setup, multiple ski instructors confronted me in a blaming and pressuring manner, accusing me of blocking others and cutting lanes — neither of which was true. The situation escalated unnecessarily due to their tone and approach. Had anyone simply said “Sorry, this lane is reserved for ski school — could you please move to the single lane?” I would have complied immediately. That did not happen. To make matters worse, a staff member photographed my Epic Pass and implied further action, despite the fact that this issue was caused by poor signage and on-site management, not guest misconduct. I later took photos to document the unclear layout. This experience left me feeling disrespected as a paying guest. Clear signage and professional, respectful communication should be the minimum standard at a resort of this scale. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both lift line organization and staff training on guest interaction.

This place is so beautiful and big. I love the variety of activities that can be done here. The place was clean and beautiful and the food was delicious. They have a few food spots with other spots within the mountains. Definitely cant wait to go back 🥰

I thought this place was very nice to ski at and have tons of variety store to go to. Also plenty of good restaurants to eat at. I like Mountain village better than Canyon village. Because it is easily to go to parking area and get to lift. I was here too early in season so not all trailers were open. The parking staffs were awesome and helpful. Thanks you! I’m not HAPPY with their SKI STAFF with yellow jackets give me lecture about ski and blocking my path. This place need to train their staff better and not make other feel unsafe.

Love this place!!! I come here every year to ski and I have to say it is an amazing place. The locals there are just so friendly and willing to help out with anything. I really like the variety of runs that they have on just blacks. The food is expensive but if you have an epic pass you can get a discount on your food. Ski school is great for beginners and kids. Overall it’s a great place and will keep you entertained for your stay.
