Atlantic Beach Park

After driving 45 minutes with 5 kids to go to the arcade and have lunch, we arrived to the Windjammer parking lot at 11am and were told the arcade will open at noon. It was a busy holiday and the hours are not up to date or listed anywhere online. We assumed they would be open on a popular holiday! We killed time on the beach and walked around. Well guess what? The arcade NEVER opened and we had some very sad and disappointed kids. Get it together! As a business owner myself, it takes about 2 minutes to update your business/holiday hours on Google. They could have made a killing today as their were other disappointed families. The parking attendant even told us they were open today. Sad to see a place we loved to frequent as kids go downhill so much. It would be awesome to share with a new generation.

Everything is closed except the arcade. The carousel, go karts, golf, bumper cars etc.... all gone. This area was a family tradition it's sad it's all gone but even more sad that it's still listed as open. The wedsite said opening June 2025. We have some very sad kids on this vacation. :(

Fun place for the kids but daaaamn they need more fans or A/c in the arcade. We couldn't handle more then a couple games til we're almost had heat stroke. Even this kids didn't want to play it was so hot. Walked in and started dripping sweat instantly. Carousel is definitely torn apart and out of service.

Great area to hangout for the day! Arcade is very fun and still hands out tickets, makes it feel more retro instead of using a card. Wonderful spot with lots of entertaining activities. Right across from the drive-in as well, which brings the activities into the night!

What a great beach! Huge waves, great sand, and a clean beach. Convenient parking locations right near beach. Great food and snack choices up and down the strip. My family had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit Rhode Island again.
