The food and food service there was really bad. My order was 97 and my bf was order 98. I got my food 20 plus minutes before them. And I had to walk to the lady with the cart to tell her that food was for 98. She’s like oh I’m so confused. I’m trying to figure out what’s what. My food was gone before they got theirs. Also it wasn’t busy at the food part at all. It was the worst table service I’ve ever seen. Now we’re going to talk about the food. The kids meal has more food than the grown up meals and costs less. My daughter’s quesadilla was spicy. A kids food should never be spicy. My other daughter didn’t eat her burger because the bun was so hard because it was grilled too long. How do the grownups only get chips but the kids get fries? There were only 3 chicken tenders on a grown up plate with like 10 chips. $60 total for food and it wasn’t even good. We’ll still be back to play games, but will never eat here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with my kids. What a cool place! You can really spend hours here if you budget for it. Tons of arcade games, bowling, mini golf, laser tag. I gave each of my kids a $30 arcade card and that lasted them about an hour

It’s okay. A lot of the games are out of commission for whatever reason. It’s oddly spread out between two floors, but they do have a lot of games and even a small selection of pinball machines, which is neat. We took our niece (8 years old) and she had a good time and got several prizes with her 2000 “tickets” she won. Overall, awesome to have an arcade, but there is room for improvement.

We’ve gone a couple times because my toddler likes claw machines. Half the claw machines don’t work. If they do work, the claws don’t always open. The fact that some of the young gentlemen, there are not very helpful and we’ve spent quite a bit of money here. You ask them a question and they can’t be bothered. If you say that, a claw machine isn’t working they put it off on someone else. I emailed the company over a week ago and still have not heard back. The fact that we were joking around with one of the gentlemen saying that we wanted a particular stuffed animal out of a claw machine we tried and he’s like oh you got the better deal. You don’t say that to a toddler. It’s not like we were asking him to give us the animal, but you don’t need to say things like that either to a kid. And in the context of which he said it was what pissed me off. Fact that we’ve been there several times in the same machines are consistently broken is ridiculous. Also the fact that every third or fourth claw machine is broken. Staff doesn’t seem like they want to be bothered either.

The only redeeming quality of this establishment is the Tilted Taco. Although it looks like a tad bit on the institutional side rather than a warm, welcoming side, the food is pretty decent. I feel that if the restraunt were to open up the kitchen so that diners could see the food being prepared, it would create a warmer environment. The addition of a full bar and more food items on the menu would definitely be appreciated as well. The game side of this location is lacking in new, adultt oriented games like VR. The games here are boring. However, they do offer bowling for both children as well as adults, as well as glow mini golf course, which was appreciated. All in all, this could be a really great establishment if management stepped up their game, so to speak.😉😃😁
