Angel Fire Ski Resort exceeded our expectations! The service was amazing, and everyone we met from the resort staff to people around town was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s very kid-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is well maintained, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality of the experience. Night skiing was a great experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!
I cannot say enough good things about the adaptive instructions my daughter recieved. We have struggled to find ski lessons that are all inclusive. The instructor went above and beyond to give her confidence to ski. He worked with us to help us help her, (so we could continue to work with her after the lesson) had multiple options to try, and made it fun for her and us. This is the place I would send to any of my parents of special needs kids. It was easy to book, and affordable. You can tell, the instructor and lead instructor are passionate about making skiing accessible and fun.
Entire family and my brother's family (ages spanned from 7 to 80 years old) came here when there was little to no snowfall. I thought it was amazing that they still had a 3 + mile run available. Have to add, the instructor for the group snowboard lessons was great. Shuttle service to the parking lots were run smoothly as well.
We had a fantastic time. Wasn't much snow, but that is out of their control. But they did a great job working with what they had. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
After closing tubing due to an accident, the staff offered a refund to those of us impacted. Staff went on a power-trip, telling us we only had 28min to run home and get the credit card we used to purchase our tickets before we could be refunded. When I had asked for a more reasonable resolution, such as coming back the next day, their reply was (I quote) "do you want a refund or not?". Nasty people. I'll never visit these slopes again, I would recommend going literally anywhere else.
