MINI of Las Vegas

My experiences with the entire staff at Mini of Las Vegas have been nothing short of excellent. Based upon my last service as well as well as previous visits I expect nothing less! A huge shout out to Caiden for helping me with a tire issue that would have taken me a long time to take care of. Caiden went out of his way to provide excellent customer! He actually cares! Mini of Las Vegas is lucky to have a young man like Caiden! I also want to thank all the service staff for their professional and efficient support. Thanks to all of you! Mike. Baker

Let me start by saying that Dawn was great. This review in no way is a reflection of her service. With that being said, this low'ish review is due to the $200+ diagnostics charge that I was given even though Mini found nothing wrong with my car and the $650+ in services I had done likely resolved the issue I had. However, instead of rolling the $200+ diagnostics charge into the services I had accomplished (which included an air filter change which is likely what resolved my issue), Mini's new management decided to tack on the diagnostics charge as a separate charge unable to be rolled into the routine services I requested alongside asking them to track down an AC smell I had in the car. I personally suggest going just about anywhere but the Mini dealer for Mini services. This place is a rip off when it comes to pricing and charges

Well, all I can say is good things about Las Vegas Mini. I ended up trading in my 2013 mini Cooper and bought a 2020 Jeep gladiator and they made the experience so awesome. I had a few little problems and they took care of everything right away. My hat goes off to the manager, Levi to the service guy Christopher, and to everybody else at Mini they have been very helpful and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Thank you again for everything you guys are awesome.😎

Louis is an absolute rock star! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and a great sales associate who helped us navigate buying our car online. He took the rime to answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and was great to work with. The dealership is an outstanding place and we highly recommend them!
