Very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. Check out their YELP reviews because customers are overwhelmingly reporting about terrible service there too. While my family member did break a rule, the issue was HOW it was handled. The female employee was sarcastic and rude instead of calmly and respectfully explaining the rule. The business is extremely rigid with its rules, yet the rules are not clearly posted or explained. There should be clear signage, and customers should be given the benefit of the doubt in a family-friendly setting. The owner has stated here on previous reviews that there is “no polite way” to confront someone breaking the rules, which I strongly disagree with. In a family-friendly business, staff should be trained to address issues clearly, respectfully, and without sarcasm or hostility. Unless you want people to start boycotting your business. Even after paying, the attitude continued from their female staff member who was working in the Pro Shop and then we were not allowed to speak with the owner. Mini golf should be fun and welcoming, but this experience was not. EDIT: Responding back- Hi there, I understand the pay-to-play rule. The issue was the disrespectful way it was communicated. I’d welcome the chance to discuss this directly—please share the manager’s contact information so we can speak by phone or in person. Thank you!

It was decent. The appeal isn't from how good the course is, the appeal is that it gives you something to do while your preteens are on the ice.

It was not worth $25 for 2 kids. The clerk at the desk had no enthusiasm, never greeted us, acting like she didn’t want to be there at work. The course was small and was the bare minimum of fun compared to other mini golf courses around.

It's good fun for the price. The course could just use a little TLC. We will definitely be coming back with our kids!
