They can be more intentional with rec center to just buy some basketballs. Maybe a traditional ski lodge area like cozy fire atmosphere. We had a great time. The people were great. The view from my room is unmatched.

Honestly this place is sad. The try and sell you like a home away from home but it’s just a ploy to get you money. They talk about expanding and how nice the resort is. When it has about 2 actual restaurants and one of them is close on Thursday all day. Both restaurants are honestly terrible. They have very few attractions or events through the week. They market themselves as a ski resort when the they have less than a dozen runs. This resort preys on the middle class thinking that they sell the promise of vacation but don’t tell people about the fees ontop of the fees on top of the monthly pay of rate. They tell you you can sell you deed bug you can’t. It’s not a terrible deal when they give you free nights and a few hundred bucks on a visa gift card but don’t ever buy here. A weekend stay, sure if you’re on a budget, but beyond that go elsewhere.

My family had an over all good time but I expected more. Check in was fine. As a first time visitor, we agreed to the timeshare pitch for free Waterpark tickets, big mistake. The expectation and what I accepted as the pitch was 2 hours, the reality was 4 hours, yes you read that correct 4 fricken hours. Pressure, pressure, pressure. Say no to the initial offer, get another, check out with one more offer you have to say no to too. We both agreed it was not worth it - and we own another timeshare with RCI. The indoor water park looks small, but does have 3 nice tube rides, 4 body slides plus the lazy river. The highlight for our crew was definitely the flowrider. We spend 5 hours there, thankfully sending more time there than the pitch to get the tickets. There are several arcade game areas only the one at the water park gives tickets. The included activities and hours are not easy to access. From pool hours, to conflicting information on the website and app to unsure concierge (called 2 with questions - both times they didnt know the answer about hours). We did enjoy the indoor pools, arcade, pool tables, ice skating, and games to check out, but the heavy pitch and over reach on the time really tainted my overall view right from the start. The room was fine, we had some maintenance issues (a fire alarm not mounted it was just left on the mantel and, a broken tub bar) that were not addressed but overall the room was okay.

The resort itself is old kind of run down ESPECIALLY the hotels. If they try to put you in a hotel room run!!! However the condos are ok. The models they show you are NOT what you will get. If you're just there for the amenities be ready to pay a pretty penny. Our 2 year olds ticket to the indoor pool area was $41 oura were around $60 each. That's more than six flags and they have a whole park. But you're captive and they know it. Campfire grill has great pot pie, Virginia BBQ has good BBQ but don't get the greens! The upside is the views are amazing and the wildlife is excellent. I saw deer and my daughter enjoyed the playground. Oh and ski slopes were a little icy but ...global warming. Still a restful vacation. Get a unit with a kitchen.

We absolutely loved the view and activities available for all ages. We spend a night just the two of us for my man's solar return and it was phenomenal. We got a tour of the area to see all activities available in the resort. We will come back for a 2 night 3 day vacation with the whole crew and stay at home of the condos. We had lots of fun and enjoyed the hot tub and arcade. Got a arcade pass and bought us some credits. We both definitely wanted to stay longer but the weather was already looking wild for us to drive back in. We are definitely looking forward to going back.
