Unfortunately, my experience was negative. The interaction was unprofessional, and my kids were spoken to in a disrespectful manner. No customer should be treated this way. I hope management addresses this. This is very unacceptable for an adult to talk to kid’s. We will never allow for our kids to step foot in this establishment again! This happened on Saturday night January 10th to whoever that awful adult is should be talked to!!

Not worth the value. Party zone is just 2 tables if your want to have a birthday party at 119$ for 12 ppl. Also you would not get the course to yourself. Might be fun to do once for the $9 but after that it is pretty boring compare to other glow in the dark mini golf courses in the area. No real obstacles. Lot of the holes had paint chips or the carpet strings coming out the holes. The place really needs a make over. There potential , but it feels the ownership does not care.

I’ve been to Glo N One Mini Golf twice. The first time was great — William helped us, and he was super friendly and made the whole experience fun. That visit was what made us want to come back. Unfortunately, our second visit last weekend was completely different. The lady working as the manager was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. It really changed the whole vibe and made the experience uncomfortable. i sadly did not get her name. It’s disappointing because this place has a lot of potential if they put work into it and cared, but customer service really makes or breaks it. We will probably go to prime time next time

We had an okay time at Glo N One in Abilene Texas this past Saturday. The absolute highlight of our visit was the gentleman working there. He was amazing with my son, taking the time to help him learn how to putt and even showing him little tricks to get the ball around obstacles. He was incredibly friendly and engaging. However, the experience itself was a bit lacking. The music was all over the place, jumping from Disney songs to Top 40 hits and then to country, which felt really disjointed and didn't match the atmosphere. The course is very basic and could really use some updates and more creative elements to make it exciting. It was also completely empty while we were there, which felt a little strange for a Saturday. Overall, it was a decent way to spend an hour. The main reason our trip was worthwhile was the employee. He even told us about a festival happening downtown that day, which ended up making our Saturday great. That employee is a huge asset, but the course itself is just average.

We drove 45+ miles to take our grandson to play. We were there around 12:05 and stayed until after 1 waiting for them to open. The signs said they open at 12 today. They never opened so we left. Apparently the employee had car trouble and the manager wasn't available. Poor business to have only one person working/opening, especially inside a mall.
