We had a fantastic time! Went for a birthday celebration for our oldest kiddo. Last minute decision so no party package pre- planned but it was amazing! Lived here a long time and been other times but it’s been a while. They offered military discount, senior discount, ladies discount! I mean hardly anyone does that anymore! The staff was perfect and accommodating for every question. We spent half as much for nearly 4 hours of fun here and felt like it was a dream how affordable it was. Tell all your friends!

Ive been bringing my babies here for years. This was one of the first game like parks that I knew about in Memphis... This one has been a family fav of ours for nearly twenty years. I even convinced my son to let me take him one last time when he turned eighteen 🥹💞...They continue to grow and keep up to date with the newest in virtual reality games and virtual reality roller coasters. 🎢 Putt Putt also have go karts... Video games rooms...Laser Tag...bumper boats... They have all types of stuff...A rock wall course thing lol.... I dont know what its called. What I do know is that i got to be the hero of the day every time I took any child here.

We visited specifically to play Laser Tag and had a very poor experience. Signs directed us to the inside counter, but employees were lounging around and made no effort to assist until we asked. The staff was indifferent, unhelpful, and acted as if we were a bother. When we finally got cards, the employee said we couldn’t play because the card machine wasn’t working. Only after asking for a manager did another staff member get it to work. No one was attending the Laser Tag area, and we were left waiting again while staff went back to chatting and ignoring us. When we asked for a manager, one employee even mentioned calling security—despite us being calm and only expressing concerns about poor service. The manager was dismissive, excusing the staff’s behavior because they were “kids.” I asked for a refund, which was eventually processed, but overall the staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, while we stood waiting, two other customers walked up and were immediately greeted and helped enthusiastically—something we never received. Extremely disappointing experience. We ended up taking our party to Main Event instead, where we were promptly greeted and treated with professionalism from the start.

The husband & I took our 16yo & her boyfriend while we were there on vacation & we had a great time!! We did the go karts & the kids loved it!! They were talking about it for hours afterwards... so much we tried to go back the next day before we hit the road to come home. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough staff to open the attractions until 1pm on Sunday, which was a bummer because we had to hit the road, but I still recommend stopping in to have some fun!!

Not my cup of tea. We went to play putt putt and got lost in the confusion of the three courses they offer. The courses are not clearly marked and gets very confusing. If they would mark them and clean up a little more this would be a decent place to go. Don't get me wrong, for $9 bucks it's definitely something to keep you entertained "be it from trying to figure out which hole you're supposed to go to or from putting lol". Some "not all" of the employees were too tied up in their phones to be of any use, I've got a big problem with that. Call me old school but where I come from we go to work to EARN our money not play on a phone. The boss/bosses should address this. The other employees up there seemed like pretty good and friendly people. The environment as far as other customers is concerned was very relaxed and friendly people. That's a big plus, I enjoy being surrounded by easy going people that are just out to enjoy life and it seemed like that was the vast majority of the other people there at the time we went. Quick summary, clean up, mark and organize the courses; address the employee/phone issues and y'all will have a great place. Just looking for some fun & cheap entertainment then it's worth it. I'd go back again just not as a first choice.
