About

Tribal Island Mini Golf offers a fun experience with a Tiki volcano feature, but the course is in poor condition with ripped turf and maintenance issues.

Worst shape for a putt putt course I’ve ever played. Half the holes have ripped up areas and bald spots where there is no turf. Don’t waste your money.

TLDR: Avoid this one. It's in very poor condition and there are plenty of better options at the same or similar price point. If you're looking for a fun, well-maintained mini golf experience in the Myrtle Beach area, keep looking. Tribal Island Mini Golf is a complete disaster. The course is in shambles, with mismatched patchwork and torn-up turf obstructing play and making it difficult to even complete a round. The price of $12 per person might be tolerable if the course was even remotely well-maintained, but it's not. And don't expect any local discounts – you'll pay full price for the privilege of playing on this neglected course. There are far better options in the area that offer more fun, challenging play, and immersive themes for the same price or only a few dollars more. Unless you're a glutton for punishment, avoid Tribal Island at all costs. Your wallet and your sanity will thank you. Recommendation: Look elsewhere for a fun and well-maintained mini golf experience.

Visited tribal island on a Saturday afternoon for mini golf. There was no wait at all. It’s $12 for adults to play. There are two courses you can choose from. The course itself isn’t hard. An average play course. There are some holes that need tlc and turf replaced for it’s ripping and bumping up making it hard for the ball to roll. You can play through the volcano which adds a wow factor you would say. For $12 not a terrible price, there is no discount for locals though if you’re one going.

This was a family destination for more than a decade. Paid the price to play well before closing . Staff turned off music and water as soon as we were teeing off. Had to call half way through to ask for lights in caves to be turned on .

This place was an interesting and pretty course. We had a fun time, and the kids enjoyed the Tiki volcano. My biggest gripe, and why I removed a star, is there were seriously NO BENCHES along the course. The staff was super friendly and it all was good other than that though!
