Over all, I’d say it’s a nice place bad management? I did not leave a review the last time I came here as it was what I would consider one off. But this is the second time. Last time my dad , my uncle, cousin, and I went to the demon slayer. My dad is visibly disabled (missing leg and fingers) and the lady scolded him about how it was necessary he show her his id even though he looks well over 60. They made no mention of how I could not bring at the time my 12 month old baby. And they did not do that to my uncle who did not even need to show his id. This time it’s a bit more discouraging, I bought a movie ticket and decided to walk around with my daughter before zoo topia, and I noticed they had a play place. My daughter is still 15 months and just walking slowly around with me. And we make it to the place place where i just show her the platforms (we never touch or enter the play place we just are looking as my daughter is far too young to play there) almost immediately a young man approaches me asking me if i have a wrist band I say no and leave the area assuming there is some sort of birthday party going on? It’s 2 on a Friday so I thought it was a little early. I took a look at the sign posted it mentions adults needs a wrist band but I still don’t know what that means? No one explained just asked me to leave the area and do I have to purchase a wrist band to look at the play place? I literally never touched any thing we barely arrived and I was showing my daughter what the other kids were doing. I also think the idea of purchasing a wrist band for a play place is silly. I mean chik fil a doesn’t and if we think back to Chuck E. Cheese and similar places they don’t require children to buy into a “public” (i say that because it’s not behind any wall or gate) area. Overall it’s perpetual scolding and no actual reason ing behind it. I think the young man could have tried to explain the area to me or even try to up charge me for the area but he made it seem it was just off limits entirely. Same idea with my disabled dad struggling to find his id in his pockets, it’s just a way to push your costumers away. With little to no explanation or actual customer service these people don’t smile don’t greet you there’s little to no happiness what so ever.

Lady in front with grey hair assuming she’s the manager always has an attitude 24/7 and a frown on her face. Creates a negative atmosphere. She should be nicer just because she is having a horrible day doesn’t mean she gets to be mean to a teenager and an adult. She should learn to be happier everyone works so do ur job with a smile.

$50 New Year's special for an hour of bowling and a free large pizza is significantly less of a good deal when they never bring you your pizza, and being a timed bowling session meant any attempt to go figure out what was going on would have just burned up the time we had to bowl.

Came to town to see my people and we went bowling at this location. Lanes were good. Music stayed playing. Had bumpers and ramps for the kids. Played 2 games and my baby won tickets playing their arcade games. We'll definitely revisit if we're in town again.

This place is great to take kids too! It has everything from bowling to movies to arcade and even putt putt golf probably even more but idk. I went to the movies and it was great!!!
