The facility was clean and well-maintained, including the restroom, which was well-stocked with thoughtful accommodations for young children such as a step stool and baby changing station. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Food service was efficient, with prompt refills available and no issues encountered. The space was not overcrowded, and overall the experience was excellent for our child’s birthday celebration. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and parent-friendly environment.

Decent little place for kids to burn off some energy. They have food to order, adult drinks, and the kids can go wild on the 3 story structure. It gets crowded so it is tricky to snag a table. But the kids love it so it works!

Had my daughter’s FIRST birthday party here today! Wow, I am in awe at how easy they made our party. First off, the two ladies who helped us today were INCREDIBLE. I feel so bad my mom brain has forgotten their names. They introduced themselves and checked on us multiple times throughout our party. We showed up to a clean and party ready room. Tablecloths were already on, cutlery, plastic cups, and water pitchers were also available upon arrival. The pre ordered party pizza and snacks came at the exact time we requested. We ended up running out of pizza (it was surprisingly pretty good for a kids facility) and they brought us another pizza very fast. The toddler area is VERY neat. Love how the layout wraps around. There were of course a few older toddlers but they were all very courteous to our little 1 year old as she crawled around exploring. My only wish for the toddler area is that it was more visible to the spectator area. Her grandparents would have loved to watch her play but the deeper you go into the toddler area it’s harder to see from the viewing area if that makes sense. We had mainly adults and only a few kids given it was a first birthday party and there was room for all (15-20) of us plus 3 babies. We did the biggest room available (birds of paradise)- highly recommend that room. In addition to this, I LOVED that there was a bar side so my adult guests had the option to grab a cider or something other than water. This experience left a GREAT first impression for us. I will definitely bring my daughter here again.

Those Oregonian kids gotta have indoor places to play—it rains all the time! When I went in here I thought, I wish we parents of young kids had a place like this back home. It rains so rarely where I live, it’d be a shame to be indoors all day. It’d be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it’s not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids’ yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good enough, and they have a wide selection of beverages—including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I’d expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there’s all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

I had my daughter’s birthday today and we rented a room. DON’T rent a room. It is closed off and the heat was extremely bad. A few party guests left early due to how hot it was. The rooms are worse because there’s no fans or air flow. There’s AC’s everywhere but only the lobby had air. Only the bar had fans. Not only that but they forgot the free shirt or birthday shout out over the speaker. I had to go ask when we were leaving. It’s a little frustrating. The fries were good, but the pizza wasn’t very good. It was just really undercooked. The grapes in the fruit tray were rotting (red ones). Overall I just wouldn’t come for a party. The value isn’t there and the conditions are much worse. If they put fans or something to make it better. I noticed the other party in the neighboring room kept going to the hall cause the rooms were so hot. The kids had fun and I like that they clean it every little bit. The bar is cool for parents to get a drink. The staff was very quiet. They were very shy type of quiet but nice. I think with fans, a bit better customer service, and more outgoing party hosts it would be a solid five star place. I will try this place again and still recommend families with small kids.
