We absolutely loved our stay at the Eagle Crest Resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our wrestling trip a perfect experience. It was a last minute reservation . Our original reservation place had to cancel due to flooding, we were so grateful to have found a place to stay.e well definitely be back!!!

Beds are very comfortable. {very important) Room was clean. However, like others have commented, the rooms are outdated, light stains on carpet, mildew in shower. For us that was OK. The resort is pet friendly, the staff is great and the food at the café and resort restaurant was very good! Plus it was a lot less per night compared to a Hilton or Best Western in Bend/Redmond that did not even have a breakfast area. Keeping all that in mind plus in a beautiful area I do recommend staying at this resort. We will be back to explore more of the amenities they have!!

Rooms were nice. Golf was great. 4 stars instead of 5 due to there being several pieces of broken glass from the back patio window breaking prior to our arrival that had not been properly cleaned. Could have easily cut our feet had shoes not been worn on the deck.

We made our reservation through Booking.com, which was quick & easy. The emailed instructions prior to check-in were helpful and detailed. When we arrived we were quickly greeted and received our keys in a timely manner. The only comment I would have is that the young girl that checked us in had the strangest approach to delivering information, where it seemed as though she was about to deliver bad news... and then shared something very basic. For instance, "I was just alerted that unfortunately we will need a credit card to verify your purchase." We were like, ok no big deal. And then after we had paid, "I would like to point out that there is going to be an additional daily resort fee that is on top of your reservation, but that is included in the total that you have already paid." We were like, why even bring it up if we've already paid. On a side note, Booking.com made it very clear that cost was included and we were fine with it. The condo we rented was better than we could have hoped with upscale furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, an incredible view, etc. If there was any negative, it was just the carpet was in desperate need of a cleaning with several stains. Unfortunately, our check out experience was awful. The instructions clearly indicated 11:00 AM as the check out time. Just after 10:00 AM my husband was in the shower and he heard the front door open! The chain was in place so they weren't able to open the door fully, but were clearly trying to do so and making quite a bit of noise. He ran downstairs in a towel and the female was very insistent with some attitude, but the male with her acknowledged that we had another hour and said to take our time. However, at 10:45 AM the phone rang and it was the front desk encouraging us to leave. Again, my husband explained that check out wasn't until 11:00 AM, but she kept pushing and said, "if you could just get out as soon as possible we would appreciate it." Unfortunately they also left the housekeeping cart right in front of the door, which made it difficult to get our bags around as we left. Talk about backwards priorities of creating a nice experience for your guest. This was VERY unprofessional and poorly handled. If you want us out sooner, fine, but don't advertise an 11:00 AM check out time. Lastly, we received a text message a full day after we left asking "how is your stay going so far?" from Kylah. Clearly, there is some disorganization at the front desk. We would probably stay here again, due to the lovely accommodations, and hopefully by then there will be better trained staff in place. Another service experience like this and I wouldn't care if it is Buckingham Palace, I would not come again.

This is our second time staying here, and it will be our last. I do not understand the hype. The first time we had a regular room that overlooked the golf course, and it was fine. This time, we booked a suite to have more room, and it was a significant difference and a disappointment. It was on the lower floor, overlooking the parking lot, so people could see directly into your room. It was located next to the laundry facilities and honestly felt like the workers' quarters, as if we shouldn't have been on that level. The room was so generic and run-down that it was embarrassing. Then there's the amenities, or lack thereof. There was no place to eat that had decent hours both times we were there, and you're far away from anything nearby. No stores or snack options either. A small pool and hot tub are located in the parking lot. It's honestly not a place that I even want to golf at. It needs a serious overhaul.
