I always seem to be the horniest person in any location and most times never could find any private play. This place screamed fun but was just not that. The showers were kind of hot, staying in there for long periods of time. If I ever had the money to pay for one of those cabins, I would put a fun time togetherπ
My first $80 cabin had a 3 inch gap in the door, almost froze to death. Bugs nests in curtains. Told front desk,... she grumbled at me. So, I went on to buy some rotten milk and moldy bread at the empty store. (The owner/wife is fantastic and helpful though!) Upgraded to a $220 a night cabin, had so many ants I couldnt cook without getting them in my food. They also crawled up my arms in kitchen. Will not be telling front desk, they will grumble at me :) I love this location and facilities, but they dont care if something is wrong.
Please be aware ahead of time if you have a service animal you're not welcome. I have a service animal which performs life-saving tasks. I walked into the service store to use the microwave with my service animal who had his vest on. The man working there looked at me and said no dogs. I'll let him know that he was a service animal as they have on file and the man looked at me with a disgusting look on his face and rolled his eyes and made a noise under his breath making me feel most unwelcome. People don't choose to have disabilities. It sucks enough for us. Service animals allow us to live better and are trained to save our lives. It is no excuse for discrimination, to treat somebody with disgust, it's not a permission slip to be disrespected, judged or to be treated any different than any other person. It obviously offended me and I walked out. This man showed zero remorse for his offensive behavior. I've been here a few times and I will not come back. Lastly because I refuse to go back in the store my daughter went in to use the microwave to warm up her dinner. The Man rushed her out at exactly 6:00 p.m. and she was not able to complete cooking her meal and had to take it and leave the store half cooked. It's one of the worst experiences I've had at a KOA I would not recommend coming here if you are looking to relax with a kind friendly environment.
We stayed here for eight days. The park employees were all very nice and helpful. The park itself is clean and we really enjoyed the nature trail and meadow. It was beautiful and well kept. The traffic can be loud on the one side of the park, but it really slows down at night. I would definitely stay there again. Photo is part of the meadow I would walk every morning and evening with my dog.
We stayed here in our class A at the end of September for 3 nights. It was nice enough. The lawns have all died pretty much just gravel and dirt. Too bad because it used to be nicer. One thing is we have family in Corvallis and Oregon. Our first day there my sister and b in l came to say hi and bring my husband's birthday present. They parked in our spot plenty of room we're not that long. The next morning my husband b in law went golfing while my sister and I stayed. My adult granddaughter came by after she took her daughter to school. My car is small so she parked next to it in our spot. I immediately got a phone call from the office that she needed to go there and sign in and pay $5. They said she had stayed there all night. I said no she just got here and she's leaving in a few minutes. She insisted the maintenance guy said she was there all night. No I said she was at home in Albany with her husband and daughter. Two totally different makes of cars and one gray and one red. She was insistent and rude. We will probably not be back. We will find somewhere else while we are there. We are members in good standing. Don't like being called a liar. When my granddaughter went to pay she didn't make her pay but chastised her also. My granddaughter was just getting over vertigo so she didn't want you to park so far away. She didn't realize she had to check in and neither did I. I understand now you only get one car per space but she didn't need to be rude.
