Castle Noel in Medina is an absolute MUST-SEE! We went for family night and had the best time together. It was fun, interactive, and surprisingly educational — we learned so much about Christmas movie history and holiday traditions that we never knew before. Seeing authentic movie props up close was incredible, and how amazing is it that the actual Grinch sled is right here in my hometown?! That alone gave us chills. The displays are beautifully done, the tour was engaging, and it truly captures the magic of Christmas for both kids and adults. This place is full of nostalgia, joy, and holiday spirit. Such a special experience for our family — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Awesome place! Full of Christmas spirit. Tours are timed, so get your tickets ahead of time. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs. It's indoors, and we were warm. We left our coats in the car, but still had sweatshirts on. Lots to see, interesting details and stories about your favorite Christmas movies, and plenty of things to photograph. Most fun of all, the tour ends with a trip down the slide, just like the one from A Christmas Story! Definitely worth your time!

This place is so magical! The tour guides were so enthusiastic and made it fun! The props and displays are breathtaking. I’ve never been to a place where the passion from the creators is palpable. My favorite display is the room with the old games and gadgets that you just don’t see now. I was taken back by the nostalgia. It was a fun ending with the slide and a photo with Santa. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We got lucky and a few tickets became available last minute on the same day we wanted to go. You have to order and purchase in advance they do sell out quickly. Between it being hard to purchase tickets, and all the attention this place gets on social media I was so excited to see it and experience it. This was my first time. They do have a nice gift shop right as you enter the door. Our wait was about 10 minutes, not bad. Once your tour starts you are with the same group of people, and different tour guides for each part. They did have very nice props, beautiful decorations, windows decorated and set up like New York. Their toy room was amazing, so big, so many old school toys, that part was pretty cool. I did not like that each part you stop at, your on their time, and there's ALOT of talking about Christmas history, how movies were made, props from the movies. It's interesting to learn but some parts drag on too long and it makes it boring. Also with so many people on the tour with you, some parts it's hard to see the windows or displays and once their done talking they move you along so there's no time to look, enjoy, or take pictures. I heard many kids say, I'm bored, this is long, etc. I would never bring small children here. Not to compare, but the Christmas factory in Canton is an open floor plan, you can go where you want, as you want, stay as long as you like, take pictures with Santa and his sleigh, the grinch. There's food trucks and bars, for adults and kids beverages. I guess I was just looking for a different experience. It was beautiful, there's alot of hard work put into this place, it just wasn't for me.

Castle Noel was such a fun and unique experience! It really feels like stepping into a Christmas movie. The decorations, lights, and displays are so detailed, and there’s something to look at around every corner. It’s one of those places that brings out your inner kid — you can’t help but smile the whole time. Definitely worth checking out, and a perfect spot to visit with family or friends. Wear comfortable shoes there’s a lot of walking and standing!
