Tilt Studio Dakota Square

I went to tilt studios with the family to have some fun. My fiance saw a machine with a piston that would push numbers in to open doors and saw that it had an orchid in it. I spent about 60 tokens and an hour only to realize that EVERY TIME I was EXACTLY over the hole, and EVERY TIME I took my finger off the button EXACTLY, the piston KEPT TRAVELING. This is simply unacceptable. I got several videos of the machine malfunctioning and I requested the prize I had rightfully won. Keep in mind, I have several videos for proof. The owner was sent these videos and I was basically told im lying and that I will not be getting the prize. This is unacceptable. Its not about the prize either, i dont care about a $100 set of legos, But I DO care that the prize that I win gets to me how it should. Today is 1/19/26 and I need to have a response ASAP.

I had fun with the games themselves but the workers seem to assume you are local and know everything about the establishment, treated me like an idiot and made the trip a lot less enjoyable (made me cry and I just left at that point). Workers seem to be complained about plenty in the rest of the reviews, must show something.

One of the best date nights of our lives. The games were super great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was nothing short of welcoming. Everything was top level fun and quality. The best part of the night was (I assume) the manager. Extremely courteous, kind and very helpful. Unfortunately I never got his name. But him and the rest of his staff were amazing. Me and my girlfriend are very grateful for this place showing us a great time for a value.

Employees were very rude and unhelpful. A ton of the games were broken or took our points without letting us play. And don’t breath or move during laser tag or they will end your time early with no warning. Manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were not offered any other attractions except to play laser tag again, which why would we. We were absolutely not unsafe playing laser tag. We have played laser tag many other times at other places and never have had that before. We did talk to multiple employees and got no one to help. Even the cashier when we first got there was extremely rude because I was asking what the best options were for packages vs putting money on a card. None of your employees want to actually work or have any customer service. We did nothing wrong except choose to spend our time and money there. It’s clear by your many low ratings I’m not the only one.

Brand new arcade in the Dakota Square Mall in Minot, ND which is great place to take the family to. It was clean good prizes to pick from. The only thing we didn’t care for was the ticket redemption center they only had one machine which you have to use in order to get your tickets from playing the coin machines. The place needs two more ticket redemption machines and sometimes does not put the correct amount tickets on your card and shorts you tickets. So make sure you take a picture and verify it on your card.
