Colonial Park Putting Course

Nice place for a round of mini golf with the kids.

The golf course itself was nice, but the staff was very nasty. We had bought our tickets around 6:30pm and we had entered the golf course around 7:00pm. We had asked when the golf course would close and the lady had told us 8:45pm. We were all playing and then 7:30pm comes around and another staff member starts taking off the flags before we were even done and rudely told us that we only have 30 minutes left. We had then exited the park by 7:55pm and one of the balls had fell into the tree and we had attempted to find it but were unable. We had went up to the staff apologized and said we were unable to find it. Another staff member then demands for the golf stick lol not sure what they are called and when I went to thank her politely, she just stared at me and with a dirty look and did not say anything back. The park and the staff members at the paddle area were very sweet and we even cracked some jokes which I had got their names but loved their service. Don’t let this review take away from how beautiful the park was overall but those staff members that work at the golf course definitely need to be retrained on their customer service. The manger in the morning will receive a call as well.

We came on a weekend with a group of 6 to play minigolf because the website post mentioned that it was open on weekends. When we got there, supposedly, during working hours we found that the place was closed. It was disappointing because it was my son’s birthday celebration with his friends. Please update your website’s calendar and hours of operation.

Very nice golf course. Kids and family can all join together to participate in the game. The greenery around us luscious. When I went, it was full of flowers very nice.

We had a great day paddling on the Duck boats and then playing a round of mini golf. The course was a decent challenge with beautiful plants and flowers throughout it. We finished up with a quick walk through the flowering rose garden.
