We always have a good time here. We've gone several times over the years. Only thing I had an issue with is how dirty the bathroom was. Floors looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The stalls need improvement as well as the soap dispensers. It's rough. Other then that everything else in the building was clean.

had such a great experience with Shy! She was super helpful, incredibly kind, and very kid-friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Both my girls love their Build-A-Bears and can’t wait to come back to make another. Truly appreciate her patience and warm energy — thank you, Shy!

We had an awesome time! The arcade had tons of great games, and the Build-A-Bear section was adorable. Shy was so friendly, patient, and genuinely fun to talk to. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing customer service! Very hardworking! My toddler is not very open to people and shy made him feel so welcomed. Would definitely come back here again!

Bonkers is a play place for kids. Has over 50 different arcade games a lot of which are mini rides for kids like the ones you see in malls. The play Maze is so fun I loved running around in it with my 2 year old. There are 3 slids throughout the maze as well which was a fun surprise. Upstairs has mini golf but its a little underwhelming. The build a bear workshop is cool since we dont have one here in Columbia other than this one. Its in a great location with plenty of parking. If you are looking for a fun place for the kids to get out their energy its a great place. Cheaper than chuckee cheese too. However the bathrooms are not as clean as I would have expected. Its the only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star. Think the staff doesnt check on it as much as they should

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We chose the Ultimate Party Package at Bonkers and it was hands-down the best decision for my son’s birthday! From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything seamless — the only thing we had to worry about was the drive. Bonkers took care of literally everything: decorations, food, setup, and cleanup. All I had to bring was the cake and my kids! Our party captain, Kris, was an absolute gem — incredibly sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my son felt celebrated. The management team was also phenomenal (I wish I remembered her name!) — so kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. The party was a hit with both kids and adults. I even made custom shirts for our family with Roary, and every staff member gave us their stamp of approval — such a fun and personal touch! The energy, the care, the organization — Bonkers truly knows how to throw a party. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a stress-free, joy-filled celebration.
