Formula Fun Adventure Park and Racing Gulfport

We are not from the area decided to do a family day. I saw the reviews of this place and decided to give it a try before heading home. And I will say a few of the workers I spoke with were very kind and so sweet to my child. But I don’t know if they are short staff or what. But I spend the 90 minutes on edge trying to not only watch my small child but the unsupervised younger kids and older ones that will bulldoze over anyone in their way. Great example: the inter tube slide an older kid snatched the tube my child had at the top. And was practically yelling at my child to get over it. She went back down to get another tube but none of the other kids would share after going down. They kept the tube. You would think that an area that only has 3 tubes they would have someone monitoring the flow. Teen would run past me and almost knocked me down a couple of times. At every area we went it was chaos. People doing flips on the trampolines. The great escape older kids shoved my small child and she was in tears. We finally found a little corner that wasn’t chaotic the last 10 minutes of our time. It was the only time I felt secure that my child wasn’t going to end up getting hurt. We will just stick to sky zone next time. Cool concept but the way rules are not enforced. Yeah that’s a no for us. This was definitely a waste of money.

Had a great time at Formula Fun in Gulfport. The place is fun, clean, and well run. Anna, the manager, was especially nice and welcoming and made everything easy from the start. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

No family restroom accommodation for fathers and daughters or mothers and sons. The place also allows people to loiter at the front corner of their building. When the business was altitude, Josh* (manager) didn't allow this when reported and would keep an eye out because he knows the area. Unfortunately childhood development isn't taken into consideration for those 6 and under or for special needs. Many children need their parent to go down slides at least twice to move past fear.

Emily greeted us at the desk with a big smile and was ever so helpful!! She helped me understand the policy, the costs and wow! Great customer service from her!! Another employee chimed in to help but didn’t catch her name. Emily deserves recognition for her exceptional work ethics because I can tell she takes pride in her job. Thank you for employing such a wonderful young lady!👏

I had my son’s birthday party here on the 15th of March. We all had the best time. My party planner Ileana (please forgive me if I spelled wrong) was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs. There were a few hiccups but she was able to correct with any trouble. All of the other staff I encountered was also amazing. My son had the best birthday party ever. Thanks Catapult!
