Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort

Stayed here during our wedding and guest services were very unaccommodating. Only 4 guests max are allowed into a room, even if only temporarily for a few minutes. Supervisor Teresa was too busy to come tell us this herself, but we expected this after being requested to not take professional pictures within the casino. A lot of uptight rules and not very friendly staff. It’s not Vegas folks, it’s backwoods Mississippi. Also tried to check about early check in, was told to call day of and they could do something…. When I call day of they tell me they have a “strict” policy of first come first serve for rooms available before 4pm. We had to drive over 2 hrs to get there, so wanted at least information if a room would be available an hour before… if they had such a strict policy, we wish at least the first receptionist would have told us instead of day of… Total review for Scarlet Pearl only gets 2 stars because the security team and janitorial staff were nice, but our experience with hotel guest services was very disappointing. The hotel has a great view of the Bay, but not worth the annoyances staying here. Just stay at a hotel or better casino…. Despite being newer than the casinos around it, Hard Rock or Beau Rivage are still preferred At least they have nice showers at Scarlet Pearl…. Unfortunately we shall never return.

Every aspect of the Scarlet Pearl Casino allows you to feel special and like a valued patron. Great accommodations, excellent food, expeditious and friendly service. Good gaming. This central location to Biloxi allows quick acces to any surrounding site in the area. The cleanest and most hospitable stay you will have in Biloxi. My wife and I have tried most of the other resorts here, and we both agree, "TREAT YOURSELF" stay at The Pearl.

This casino is very nice. I use to be a harrahs player( I had to beg for comps) but I found the scarlet and they give comps like crazy. They appreciate their players and the gaming floor is well lit and laid out nicely. The rooms are like the Wynn in LV, with high ceilings and automatic shades. Beautiful view of the Bay. Customer service at the Noodle restaurant is the best. Sarah at front desk customer service is caring and will take care of you. She remembers your preferences and makes sure you are happy. I really like this place, why I switched and made it my preferred destination when coming down to the gulf. It's clean, well lit, and customer service is top notch!

This hotel casino is beyond EXCELLENT!!! The hotel rooms are so nice and clean, I actually took my shoes off to walk on the carpet for a short while. The location is perfect. It's tucked away from everything but a SHORT drive to everything. Our stay in October was the most relaxing stay we had all year. The Chicken Alfredo was the best I've ever had. We were able to stay and play all in the same building. 5 stars 🤩

I recently went here for my birthday (my first time visiting) and it was a wonderful experience. From my room, I was able to see the pool and pretty fixture on the roof. The bathroom has 2 shower heads and the mirror has a light built into it which would make for amazing pictures as well. Everything in the lobby is decorated so beautifully for the holiday season and the staff seem really sweet. I wish I was able to take advantage of the round of golf that we were offered, but I spent more time exploring the rest of the casino/room. However, I did enjoy seeing the volcano on the golf course. Maybe next time I will be able to see it erupt. I didn't get to try everything there but the pizza at Ami Pizza is amazing! I do recommend you all give it a try and don't forget to get your players card for rewards. I took a few pictures of a really pretty wall because of the rocks 😅.
