Some of the best minigolf I have ever done.
What a beautifully unexpected take on your typical mini golf course. A perfect fit for the northern MN surround and really fun to play. We enjoyed the standard 18-hole course and the more challenging 9-hole with our 11-year-old who found both to be manageable and interesting. It was a treat to forego the typical neon for a course that made perfect sense next to its neighboring golf course. Really well maintained, highly recommend.
Fantastic! 10 out of 10. This mini golf course is AWESOME. We started on the front 18 and I had a huge day. I ended up being -6 for the round, everything just worked for me. Then there is the back 9. These 9 holes are the most fun 9 holes in our mini golf history and my significant other agrees. We play allot of mini golf including the Popstroke courses in the Southern states. These back 9 holes have 3 flags per hole all in a different color. We each picked a different color on the first hole and lived with that choice all the way through all the holes. Or… you could both play the same color flag and play this course 3 different times. Some of the pars on these holes reach 4, 5, and 6. Niiiiiiiiiiice! This course taught me that bigger pars are achievable and that you can’t make a mini golf hole too big. Great job Whistling Wolf.
The Halloween music was super cool. Saw some people grooving to the music while golfing. Also, they have a candy store with jolly fun flavored jelly beans.
We haven't played putt putt golf in decades. We saw this course and decided to give it a go. What a pleasant surprise to see how pristine this course is. Everything looked brand new. We were surprised to find out that this course has been here since 1960's, and is still owned and operated by the same family. A very friendly young lady gave us the lay of the land and wished us a good time. Afterward, we sat on the patio in the back, enjoying watching others play. It was a great relaxing morning. Highly recommend this place. Stop in and play even if it has been years. You will enjoy your time here.
