Popponesset Mini Golf

Fantastic experience. Too bad the engine of the windmill was off.

Really don't like to disparage local businesses but this place is just a huge waste of money. There are no signs as to which way to go on the holes. Everything is run down. It is $13 pp which is higher than any of the "real" mini golf places down the cape and there are no discounts for children.

This small mini-golf course is set up in the Popponesset Marketplace. It's set up two sets of 9 holes, with a quaint shed where you rent your clubs, get your golf balls, scorecards, and pencils. The course itself has some fun holes, some are nautical themed, and there is a "shark head" to take photos in. The greens themselves are a little rough - not much flat anywhere - so be prepared for your ball to roll randomly. It's still fun, just a bit smaller of a course and a bit rougher greens than some other min-golf courses. e.g. - one hole has the putting cup actually higher than the green - makes it a bit challenging to sink the ball! Staff are friendly, and there is plenty of parking. Not super accessible-friendly. There are several stores a few steps away for beverages and food. If you're at the marketplace and want to spend some fun time playing mini-golf, this place will scratch the itch! I look forward to them doing a future upgrade that'll make the course even more enjoyable.
