Disappointed with great wolf lodge. Came with entire family with 2 babies and they have gone out of thier way to make things more difficult for families. 1 no microwaves in room so I had to go down stairs to warm water to warm a bottle. 2 no ice on 2nd floor so I had to go down stairs to get ice for water when I wanted it. 3 some lady was allowed to scream and swear at my kids blaming them for ding dong ditch and wasn't expected to offer an apology after checking vide footage proving they did no such thing. 4 the revamped rooms were half ass painted the showers had paint all over them looked like my 7 year olds painted the ceilings. 5 the room wasn't clean when arriving even though we were allowed into the room. Found hard cheese all over the floor and ribbons hanging from lights and poles and mint wrappers on floor. For the ammout of money spent to be here I would expect a nicer resort. They haven't upgraded this place they down graded it and charged more. I would not recommend Massachusetts great wolf lodge unless you want to go to a over prices crap shoot. For the price red jacket inn in nh is a better buy. Oh and the entire hallway smells like sewage.

Our first time here celebrating my daughters birthday (we got the birthday package! Glad we did) and I was so skeptical due to a lot of bad reviews so I just prepared myself for the worst. If you come with patience, you will enjoy yourself. This is a busy place! It took sometime to park, a long line for check-in but it went quick the young gentleman checking us in was very friendly, answered all my questions and they text you when your room is ready so you can use the amenities while you wait. You have to walk around to find open chairs in the waterpark, I suggest ordering your food through the app if you can. It tells you when your food is ready, then you can go straight to pickup. All the staff from check-in, arcade redemption, pool staff, food, waiters, build-a-bear and magiquest we're so nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was at the end of the hallway so it was quiet. If your room is near the amenities expect noise. Overall we had a really great first time here, you just need to be patient and prepare that there's a lot of people there and children screaming and running around. We will definitely be back.

It is probably about what you'd expect. It is odd that you pay to park in such a suburban/rural setting, especially when there's no cost to park right next door in a garage rather than a lot. So glad we brought towels. Our friends didn't and on multiple occasions over 2 short days, there were no clean towels. You don't really talk to any staff. We self checked in and there was no clear info about events for the day so you have to seek out the board or look online. We ate all meals off site (Mystic Pizza II is great!) and the breakfast lines looked crazy. I definitely felt like the lifeguards were on top of it and it's clear that they have protocols in place. The rooms were fine. Very few blankets for the bunks and our friends had no heat and engineering apparently doesn't work overnight so their kids hardly slept because they were freezing. We were there for the waterpark and that was fun.

Definitely a great vacation spot if your wolf pack loves water. Positives: My family truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean—no complaints there. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the staff did a great job ensuring guest safety, with lifeguards always actively monitoring the area. Indoor river flow place was relaxing which I truly spent hours. Next their warm bath swimming pool which was really warm for this cold, which was also great. Overall, it was a great experience and met our expectations. Negatives: I would have given this stay a 5-star rating, but I’m giving 4 stars due to our disappointing experience with the breakfast buffet. We paid around $16 per person (if I remember correctly), but the food was cold, and several items like toast and scrambled eggs were nearly empty. My child didn’t eat much since her favorite muffins had already run out. When paying for a buffet, we expect a good variety and consistent availability of food for everyone. Not sure if this was the case since we were late to the buffet. In hindsight, I probably should have grabbed breakfast from the Dunkin’ Donuts near the lobby instead. Aside from this, our overall experience was very good.

I was excited to bring my son to the Great Wolf Lodge over New Years. My annoyance started from the time of check in. We spent $1300 for 3 nights to then he told we had to pay an additional $19 a night for parking. I almost and should have just canceled the trip at that point but I didn’t want to disappoint my son. I was told it was a corporate decision and there was nothing they could do. When we parked the car, there was ice all over the parking lot and mounds of ice between cars. It was treacherous and I slipped at one point. $19 a night, you would think they could throw some salt down. After the first day, my son and husband both broke out in rashes on their legs. My son was in tears with how painful it was. I could only assume it was from the water. I was the only one who didn’t go into the water and did not get a rash. My son and husband didn’t go back in after day one because of the rash. We ate dinner one night at the buffet, $79 for the 3 of us. They literally only had cold chicken nuggets and pasta. Nothing was getting refreshed. We did get the breakfast buffet all 3 mornings and was, for the most part better. My son had the wolf pass. Sounds great, right? No. Everything has an up charge to it. Our room was clean, but the walls are like paper. We could hear kids and adults all hours of the night going in and out of their rooms and having super loud conversations which seemed right outside our door. The only good thing I can say is, all the staff was pleasant. But we will never return.
