Island Green

We went here last week for their annual Wine and Bourbon Dinner. The food was phenomenal! It was a 4 course dinner that was just as good as a meal you would get at The Antrim. The Chef came out to the dinner area and introduced himself, told us all about the courses that would be served and praised and gave credit to the kitchen staff as well. I have also been here for lunch a few times and I have always been very happy with my meal. We have been coming to the Driving Range since my kids were small and it was only a driving range. Wow, what the new owners have done with the place is amazing. Such a great place in Westminster. Highly recommend!

My husband and i went here for lunch after church. The food is fantastic and fabulous. Recommend the three potato salad and crab cakes. Their burgers are unique and different. My husband loved his burger. The French fries are crispy outside and soft inside. Also, the chef JD came out and personally asked how the food was. He told us about the potato salad and sauces. That was so nice of him. Will be coming back to try more food. Sorry for the half eaten pictures. It was so good.

I got invited out to a family fun golf center in the middle of Maryland. I was wondering why they invited there. Yes…they have mini golf, & all kind of games. Slim…the FOOD!! That’s why they got me to come!! Let’s GO!! . Where I am: @islandgreenwestminster . Location Reviewed: 1199 South Pleasant Valley Rd, West Minster M.D. . Items Reviewed: STAMP!! Their Autumn Orchard Mocktail ($7 with apple cider, cranberry juice, ginger ale, & dried apple slices). Super fresh, a sweet/sour blend…tasty!! STAMP!! Their 19th hole Salmon Bites ($17 lightly breaded, & fried salmon with their signature Baltimore remoulade). Crisp, superbly seasoned, & fresh fresh!! STAMP!! Their Crab Dip ($17 traditional Maryland crab dip topped with cheese, & it comes with a fresh baguette). Cheesy, creamy, with a soft hot baguette!! STAMP!! Their Carol Island Wagyu Dog ($18 a Wagyu hot dog with jerk chili, diced onions, & mustard with Old Bay fries). This taste like a Halfsmoke, meaty, smoky, & spicy with that chili!! Those fries were LIKE THAT! STAMP!! Their Peruvian Mojo Steak Tacos ($17 for 3 tacos on flour tortillas with seared steak, pickled red onions, arugula, goat cheese, & a Peruvian green sauce). Rich!! Well blended toppings, a nicely seasoned steak! LIKE THAT! Their Black White & Purple Burger ($18 a blackened double smash burger with goat cheese, fried onions, with blackberry bbq, & fries). Super tasty burger, tangy/savory/sweet sauce, just a tad bit too much goat cheese. STAMP!! Their Crab Cake Platter (Mkt. Price $29.99 with a lump crab cake, asparagus, & 3 potato, potato salad). A no filler lump crab cake, well seasoned, garlicky asparagus, & good salad. . Customer Service: On Point, but they knew I was coming!! . Parking: Decent but it gets packed. . Recommendations: Try what I tried!! Play some golf!! . Was there for a work hangout and had lots of fun. Pretty nice place, the service was great and quick. We didn't order much food as we only went there to golf. I tried the fried pickles and soft pretzel, both were very good, I like that the pickles they used were a little spicy, very yummy!

Came for the mini golf stayed for the food & live music. Mini golf course was fun, lot of water features. Well taken care of. The food was very good, burger was cooked well & the crab cake was a good deal @$25!
