Our first day in the water park was Friday from about 3 to 5. My 8 year old got pretty cold. The wave pool seemed to be the warmest. The lazy river could’ve been a little warmer. There are slides that end near the lazy river and that opening was legit cold. The life guards were super attentive on Friday and Saturday when we went for a second day of park fun. Our room was ready at about 3:30 though check in wasn’t officially until after 4. Our room was clean, however the water didn’t get very hot for the shower. I gave my son a bath and had to bring sink water(which was hotter) into the tub(with the ice bucket) to bring the temp up a bit. I will also request a 6th floor room the next time I come, as I heard running and stomping often from the room above us. The breakfast buffet was decent. The staff there were not very friendly, however every other staff member I encountered was super sweet and helpful. The pizza was pretty good too. A bottle of water was almost $5. Insane! Overall, we had a good time and will return knowing what adjustments to make.

We arrived during the January 2026 snow storm. Immidately we check into our room at 9:30 am due to low occupancy. We changed and enjoy the water park all day. The kids enjoyed the craft time, games, story time and dance party before bed. I recommend the "Ultimate Food & Fun" package if your kids are over 5. My 5 year old was reluctant to do the ropes course, but enjoyed the mirror maze, mini golf, and bowling. The other kids 6, 7, and 11 did everything over and over. The food was good, prices on the high side but at least it is quality. When we were here, the resort was at 10% capacity and it was AMAZING! The staff was excellent. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Always around. Our only concern so far was that an alarm clock in the room next to us was going off at 6:30 am and no one was in there so it continued for almost 30 min. Once the front desk was made aware, it was stopped Immidately. This was an amazing trip! Highly recommend!!

January 19, 2026 - We picked MLK holiday to visit G.W.Lodge with our Grandkids. . . they ❤️👍 the park! 😃 Of course it’s packed, both the parking lot & water park . . . Just get in the groove and be positive! The staff is very supportive & positive! They might hire a few more folks at the poolside bar ! Felt bad for the 1 bar tender serving 3 to 4 hours of a never ending line😳 Plenty of life guards around the slides, wave pool, lazy river, and crazy water sprinkle apparatus! Kids of all ages, having fun while under the watchful eye of their parents & grandparents! The water quality & facilities appeared clean & well maintained. I read on their website . . . all 20 parks in the U.S. and 1 in Ontario, Canada are closed once a year for cleaning & maintenance 👍👍 Lot’s of activities & opportunities for families to enjoy! *Water Park is the big draw *Bowling *Mini-Golfing *Arcade Games *Over-Head Ropes obstacle course *Magic Mystery Search ( need wand) *Dance Parties *Movie on Wolf Folklore *Ice Cream Parlor *Dunkin Donuts *Pizza place *Restaurants *Souvenirs & Toys everywhere! Discount Packages , Join *Wolf Pack *Paw Packs *Pup Pass *Day Pass to park 🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺 Bring your money ! Depending on your group size, length of time/days, and extras you wish to purchase. . . Expensive but if you get a cyber week deal its more affordable. Everything besides the water park is additional fees. The water park is kind of dirty on the floor , however my daughter enjoyed the wave pool and the splash play area and slides. The rooms were nice but you have to request cleaning through the app and it can take time (3 or more hours) especially when it's busy. Try to go when it's not a holiday because it was especially busy around new years ( at capacity) and that made it highly over stimulating (/lots of people all over the lobby hall and not much space to get through) I didn't like that they didn't have shampoo and conditioner , just conditioning shampoo. My daughter enjoyed the free dance party at night with bubbles and characters dancing to holiday music. There are some other free activities such as yoga and games during the day. To save money, Bring your own food or go out to eat. They have microwaves on each floor. BE AWARE, thry may charge you for towels $15 each even if you properly return them, as this happens often apparently. It happened to us and they charged us 75$ for all 5 towels we knew we returned. We are still waiting on our refund. Overall good experience for children but not necessarily the most fun for adults besides the fun intense waterslides. 19$ a day for parking.

Had never experienced a Great Wolf Lodge before, but chose to take my Nephews on a trip as an early Christmas Present. The accommodations were pleasant and perfect for young kids. Nothing too flash and easily maintained which impressed me, but also so did the cleanliness and still fresh look and feel even with the endless streams of children. The staff were patient, friendly, and somehow managed to keep it together in the mayhem. Additionally, the attractions were top tier. Food wise, I was surprised at how good things were. The on site Dunkin was probably some of the best I've had in years. Note though, I was up at 0630 ordering through the app to beat the rush. Next up, the Timbers restaurant had delicious burgers and nachos. But do not sleep on the Cheese Curds, those were excellent. Campfire Grill buffet is not bad, but definitely would save it for either a big breakfast or big dinner. The water park was pretty awesome and had plenty of options for Travellers of all sizes. Would say, a great place for a few days with the kids without going to the beach or having to leave the room, its worth the experience.
