Great experience. Kids loved it. Friendly staff and good rooms. Morning outside temp was -8⁰F and the park was still warm enough for kids to have fun. Yeah the food is a little pricey but its a similar cost to getting extra delivery fees. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby. My kid is already asking to go back.

We had a good stay here. The room was clean and all of the amenities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the water park. The water park was clean, everything was working properly, and the slides were all a lot of fun. The arcade was also a lot of fun. Magi Quest had several features not working so that was disappointing, but it was still pretty fun. The food here was very good at Buckets, the ice cream place, and the buffet breakfast.

The lifeguards are the most responsive, watchful, and engaged in their job that I have ever experienced. They always were moving and had eyes on the pool. The room was clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. The Waterpark kept all my kids (ages 7-13) engaged and entertained. Will definitely be back!

We took our kids here for a 3day/2night stay and had a great time! We were off to a rocky start as we got there at check in time and still had to wait 30 minutes before we could get into our room. But the management was very kind and made up for it. Every encounter I had with staff was good. The people who hosted the events/activities in the grand lobby were fabulous! My kids had a blast! The water park was fun and clean (except the bathrooms). My kids got to do build a bear which was a great experience. The arcade was loads of fun but their prizes were kind of lame. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend! ❤️

Visited at the end of November and had a great time with the family. Most impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of staff, everyone we interacted with was great! Rooms were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities to keep our daughter entertained and engaged throughout our stay, including MagiQuest, indoor water park, arcade, and scheduled events in the main area. Food overall was good - pizza and the breakfast buffet were great, although the steak we had for dinner one evening was fair at best. Our daughter is already asking when we can go back, and my wife and I found it much more enjoyable than we had been initially expecting!
