Ordered a pizza for pickup after work one night. I ordered ahead because I knew it was during the dinner rush and there may be a longer wait. I got there a little after the pickup time I had setup and gave the girl working the window my name. She couldn't find it in the system. Tried the order number I had and she still couldn't find it. She went back and spoke to someone else and then returned with my order. She practically threw it out the pickup window at me with an attitude acting like I had inconvenienced her night by ordering a pizza. No thank you, have a nice night, come again or anything. Just a here's your pizza and attitude. After a 20 minute drive home, I open the box to find the cheese so burnt and crispy that it wasn't worth reheating to try to eat it. I can accept a little over cooked especially on a busy night but this was almost black. Between the poor customer service and sub par pizza i can't say that I will be ordering from there again which is unfortunate because both used to be excellent.

We had just finished A wrestling tournament at Unity. Hungry after a day of craziness. I called ahead as it was a Saturday at 4p. They assured me to order and head that way it was only 30min to have it ready. We arrive and wait in the Yukon until 35min. So we aren't rushing them. After 10 min in line they have me pay and then tell me they need additional 15 min adding to make a hour rather than 30 min. We waited another 20 before asking what was a wrong for a simple pep and sausage and them grabbing an already boxed pizza from the top of the pizza oven that had been there 20 minutes. We waited 1hr 15 min total instead of the quick 30 min wait we expected prior to our hour and half cruise home. Pizza was luke warm. Staff was rude and ignored my son and I completely. Won't go again. Papa Dells will get an attempt next time. This deserved $0 tip and usually I'm generous.

I’ve been coming here multiple times per month lately, as I have been getting more into bowling. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, catering to every need that customers have. The food is always fresh and delicious. I absolutely love the salad, as it tastes fresh every time, and there is a reason they are famous for their pizza. The bowling is very reasonably priced, the lanes are very well kept, and they have plenty of bowling balls to choose from. I’ve been to the other bowling alleys in town, and they don’t even compare to Old Orchard. It is the place to be for bowling.

Great family fun, surprisingly good food, attached restaurant that has a lot of seating. Very convenient for big family gatherings and super busy.

Delicious pizza and friendly prices at this Champaign classic! 🎳 So much fun with the whole family with a big menu of food options. My family has been coming here for 40 years and it’s always a blast! 💥 Don’t miss out on this local spot. Highly recommend!
