Let me tell you how amazing this staff is. I went in for a fitting and came out as an even better golfer. Richard was amazing and gave me so much information that changed my game. I am so genuinely happy for his help as well as the rest of the staff there. The PGA coach providing some feedback and the girl up front making me feel welcome as soon as i entered and when I left. The staff here is what makes this place and will be coming here for all my golf needs.

I had a great experience while shopping for a women's driver at Golf Galaxy. I didn't have a "fitting" appointment, but Frank jumped right in to help me use their practice bay and find the drivers that I was interested in. He was very positive, supportive and courteous. I appreciated his service.

Paul did my iron fitting, and his expertise really stood out. He was not only knowledgeable but also great to work with. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt confident in my choices. I will absolutely be back to see him and recommend him to anyone looking for a fitting.

I was in 12/13 and had an experience I have never had before. One of the register employees approached me while looking at putters. I think he had red hair. It was just a quick exchange when I told him "I'm trying to take some time and clear my head with some stuff going on". He immediately left me alone and went about his business. Later, while still at putters, another employee approached me, I'm guessing a manager because he was walking the floor and not stuck in a designated area. He had dark hair and slightly dark skin. Pretty skinny dude. We also talked a little about the chipr and why it's stupid. He walked away as well. I moved over to the drivers and wedges and started poking around. The manager dude approached me again and said he had a gift for me just for "coming in". I knew at that moment the red haired employee had told him what I said and I super appreciate the gift. He walked away again which was great because I needed a moment to cry. See, in the last week I have had a bad tooth extraction, then we lost my wife's grandfather on Friday. The following Monday(after my son's 7th birthday on Saturday) I lost my job. So, this small gesture to a customer who bought a $15 item was an immense gift. I really needed that kind of compassion right now and I appreciate your employees for picking up on that and really making my day. Thank you.

Great experience. Needed a new grip for my putter. In and out within 15 minutes. And very reasonable charge for installation. Well stocked with all you will ever need for hitting the links
