By reading the reviews after my experience today, I am surprised if the owners want any business. My husband and I are golf enthusiasts and was looking to get stuff for ourselves and souvenirs for our friends and family. We were the only ones in the store but Immediately was followed around the entire store, and anything I showed interest, the lady asked me if I wanted to buy it… every single item I touched or had a double take. I kindly told her her maybe, I’m still browsing. She did the same to my husband. She kept following me and asking me intrusive or pushing me to buy right away as if I couldn’t browse. I told my husband that their covers were cute and she INTERRUPTED my convo asking if I wanted a driver cover for the print I liked - lady I wasn’t talking to you. Anyway, I ignored this behavior because I was actually interested in the items they had (they had a lot of cool stuff) and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were slow that day. I then noticed the male owner walking up to my husband and asked if my husband was going to buy something right now because him and his wife would like to take a break …as in they were tired of harassing/following us the entire time and would like for us to leave if we weren’t buying anything. We immediately left. It’s a shame because we were going to purchase a few items too.

For all the girlies who have bangs- do not go to this store. My [redacted] and I were on a romantic [redacted], on our first day we stepped into this store looking to purchase golf clubs. They followed us around the whole store, which I guess I understand (no one else was there, maybe they were lonely?). My [redacted] was interested in golfing while on vacation so, naturally, at a golf store, [redacted] asked where they could golf nearby- to which the owner said "I don't know." While all that was going on, I was minding my own business, browsing around, and went to one of the mirrors to fix my bangs. I lightly brushed my curtain bangs, two brushes, super quick, immediately put my brush back into my bag and then I hear the male owner behind me saying "what are you doing?" I laughed because I thought he was being playful but to my surprise he said "you do that at home." I still thought, maybe this a joke...? And he kept repeating, getting progressively agitated, "you. do. that. at. home." I then realized, he is not joking. I replied, "I can brush my bangs wherever I want...?" He then started speaking to me in Korean and I don't know Korean but it was with an air of disgust and hatred. And then a woman came out from the back room (with the messiest hair I have ever seen) and she pointed at the door and said, "leave." My [redacted] and I left immediately after that.

Omg, I had an extremely bad experience and I thought I was the only one but good to know everyone had a similar experience. So, the same old woman started following me the moment I entered the shop. I liked a couple of t shirts and she gave me the correct sizes. Nothing bad up until then. Then I went to the trial room and realized the both t shirts were like 150 dollars, which was way outside my budget for a lousy t shirt. So I told her that and she yelled “First you look at the price and then try on.” She literally yelled at me like 3 times in front of all other customers. This was super embarrassing, I have never been humiliated like that before. I was pissed off but tried to be nice. Then me and my wife started walking out and she again yelled the same thing to the other store person (who I think is her husband). I never had such a bad experience in my entire life, not just in the US. This is not Hawaii stands for, this place is an anomaly, all other shops I went to were super friendly and nice.

lol all the other reviews are true. went in looking for a gift for a friend, was followed around the whole store despite telling the lady “we will just take a look around thank you!”. she was incredibly pushy and kept telling us to get certain things which we knew our friend wouldn’t like. when we told her we’d take a look around and appreciated her time, her entire demeanor changed, she completely ignored us and walked away and it’s funny she cussed us out in korean but i am korean and understood her very clearly. immature attitude and definitely doesn’t know how to run a business. 태도를 좀 바꿔

Went into the store today with a friend to browse in the afternoon, as I saw a bunch of Line Friends merchandise in the window and wanted to take a look. We entered the store, there were no customers in there and immediately the lady asks what we want to see and follows us around everywhere. My friend wanted to try on a hat and the lady asked her to put a tissue on to prevent make up transfer (fair). However, I would walk through each of the tables and she would follow me continuously over my shoulder asking what I wanted and what am I looking at. I just want to browse in peace and not get hounded by her.. I asked to see a ball marker and then when she said okay do you want to buy it?, I said I was looking still and she said okay bye then and then I said I’m not leaving yet I’m still looking and walked away. We then looked at some sweaters and the male said oh we have a masters edition RL sweater and my friend said sorry I don’t know what that is I don’t golf. The male gave a disgusted face, and then when I walked over, I mentioned I wanted to see it and he started showing me several sweaters. He asked if I wanted to buy any and I said I’ll think about it. To which he replied “if you’re thinking about it you can’t afford it”. I didn’t realize he said that at the time, but my friend told me afterwards. It’s funny because I spend thousands of dollars on golf merchandise, accessories and clothing easily but after being spoken to and sassed for not buying anything we left. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere and recommend others to do the same.
