Such a letdown of a place with good potential. Over half the arcade games are broken. Only about 6 different prize options and the wait for a worker to help was absurdly long. The free play gym was super dirty and rundown. We felt like we got reamed real good.
Let's start with the first staff member I came in contact with. He obviously did not want to be there. No hello, nothing.. I said we wanted to play mini golf. He never even spoke, put the bucket of balls in front of us and gave us our clubs. It was our first time playing here, no instruction whatsoever. They do not give you any way to score the game. On the course, there are no numbers on the holes to show you were to start. My son and I walked around the whole course before we even began. The greens are ripping off on pretty much every hole, and it was dirty. The water is dried up at half the features. The golf club was so sticky, obviously not cleaned. I did not check out the rest of the facility so I can not comment on the rest.
THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I CAN NOT GIVE ZERO. Where do I start! Our party was to start at 1. My husband and I got there at 12:30 so I could wrap the gifts and take pictures. Much to my surprise NOTHING WAS DECORATED. Nothing was set up. They party starts in a half hour. The people at the counter had no clue what they were doing. It started off bad and only got worse. I was told when I booked the party there would be a BANNER put up with his name on it. Well this is what was at the door. And the banner on the TV. We were getting all set up to bowl and they came in and said we were going to do bumper cars. I said this would be cool. YEAH only 3 cars were working. SO the kids had to be split up. This was fun but would have been better if they were all together. When back in the Sky Box to bowl. This was a nightmare. 2 of the lanes kept breaking down. The 8 kids did not even get to bowl 1 game. I was told the HOST would interact with the Birthday child. Yeah that did not happen. We brought a cake. We asked when we 1st got there if they had candles and they gave us 2. He is 7 not 2. So we were all done in the room and it was time for the arcade. WHAT A JOKE! Most of the machines were off and some that were on did not work right. FOR WHAT WE PAID FOR THIS SKY BOX WE SHOULD HAVE GOT THE ROYAL TREATMENT. But we got the poor mans special. WILL I DO ANYTHING ELSE HERE AGAIN? NOT ON YOUR LIFE.
What a dump. 30games are broken. Only 3 out of 8 bumper cars were functional. Go carts were not working. Bowling was fun. Didn’t dare attempt to eat the food. The play area “Ballocity” was not lit up and was disgusting. We were one of the first people in when it first opened in the morning and it was obviously not cleaned the night before. Old cups and food everywhere. They also kept overcharging us each time we went up to buy something. The put put field was the most disappointing put put I’ve ever been to. Looked like it hadn’t been maintenanced in years. Over grown, messed up greens that interfered with your game. Fowl ponds that were brown and stunk so bad. Just an utter disgrace to charge people anything to come here. The amount of money we spent and everyone else, I’m sure, there’s no way it should look like this. The owner clearly puts zero money back into this place. Ohhhh and the best part, the Redemption of tickets is the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen. Pictures included. Do not recommend. Will never go back .
The arcade at this place is a total and complete rip off. First of all, the concept of an arcade would give the expectation that there were working machines that were actually games. The had 4 of those available. The rest of the machines are all oriented toward earning tickets for prizes (like a pencil eraser). I watched as my son fed those machines, one in particular, until he finally won the large prize (600 tickets....probably redeemable for something like a matchbox car). The machine gave him no tickets. Asked the manager Lily to make it right as there are no techs or anyone available to assist. Lily just looked at me with an expression of complete and total disinterest and a clearly rehearsed response. I'm sure you can guess what that was. So please reconsider coming to this "arcade" merely to try to earn tickets and prizes that will never be awarded regardless of outcome. Spent $140 for three kids and they left very disappointed at being ripped off. And it was very clear this place hears this complaint constantly. Thus the look and rehearsed responses that basically say, "Get lost. We don't care."
