Worst movie experience I’ve ever had in my life. We went to go watch a movie opening Friday night and we got to the movie theater at least 30 minutes early. We sat down at our seats and started eating our candy and drinks from home. I can get that bringing food in is wrong and I 100% take responsibility for that but an undercover employee told security and they took our drinks. I did not have a problem with that but what I did have a problem with is that the undercover employee that snitched on us had Boba tea obviously not from the theater do better Aurora. If you make your customers follow the rules, you also need to make your employees follow the rules then the security guard told us afterwards that if we would’ve bought popcorn ( that costs an arm and a leg aka $10) then we would’ve been OK and they’d let it slide. I usually love this theater, but why would they let people under the age of 17 go to a movie without parents accompanying them?? Next teenage boys were screaming and making inappropriate comments throughout the whole hour and 45 minute movie there were children in the theater and I think it’s very inappropriate. Some of the comments they made overall it was very distracting in the security guard did try to tell everybody to settle down, but none of them Cooperated I had to ask them to be quiet and they still didn’t shut up. Be aware if you go to five nights at Freddy’s 2 you’re gonna have a whole bunch of immature teenage boys in your theater overall, if I could give this theater, a zero out of 10, I would. Third of all the movie theater that we were in was very rundown with no reclining seats and it was very dirty and overall it just needed to be redone. I would 100% recommend going to the AMC at Northpoint if you had to choose a theater.
Awesome complex that is still reasonably priced and well maintained. I came to my second movie here today and both times have been wonderful. The pricing is reasonable for both the movies and snacks plus the people who work there are super friendly. The seating is amazing - comfortable, reclines and is heated!!
Excellent fun fall atmosphere and putt- putt! Affordable movies and friendly staff. Forget the pumpkin patch and enjoy a family mini golf game with silly fall decorations!! Oh yeah and the white chocolate brownie rocked!
If movie theaters had spirit animals, Aurora Cineplex would be that quirky uncle who shows up to family reunions with a fedora and a kazoo – unexpectedly delightful and full of surprises! Walked in for a flick, and bam, the staff hits you with that genuine, personable charm like they actually care. “Need popcorn? Extra butter? Nice shirt, where did you get that?” Terrific young people who make the visit feel like a warm hug (minus the weird awkwardness). But wait, there’s also putt-putt golf! Yes, you heard right – a mini-golf course outside like mischievous elves, daring you to battle tacky 1990 era fixtures before your screening. It’s the kind of unusual twist that turns a simple movie outing into “Hey, remember that time we sank a hole-in-one and then watched superheroes?” Inside, the theaters scream old-school nostalgia – think cozy seats from a decade or two ago, but spotless and well-maintained, no sticky floors or mystery crumbs in sight. No frills like laser shows or vibrating heated chairs, which honestly keeps it refreshingly real. Like, let’s focus on the movie! All in all, this place is just very nice in that offbeat, “why isn’t every theater like this?” way. Five stars for the fun factor alone – go forth and golf your way to cinema bliss!
This is probably one of the most nicest Movie theaters in the surrounding metro Atlanta region. It has ample parking, and very affordable prices for tickets and most importantly the food as well. The luxury of the seats are top class and they do have some amazing staffs to help you out if needed. The only downside being the screen size. This was my first time here and visited the Screen 7 which was very small, almost like a huge 85” LED TV. The quality was good with r great sound. The screen size was the only negative in my opinion. Easily the best comfortable seating I have experienced at this price of $10-15. The seats have seat warmer as well and reclining seats were amazing. Very surprised to see an Indian movie being pictured here. But nevertheless a very quality experience I would say. Worth the money! Definitely would recommend for my friends and family.
