In The Game Prescott Valley

Games weren’t working but taking credits. Waiting for manager to credit back. Never came. Out of most food items were out. Food they did have never came out. Spoke to server who called for a manager. Again waited for no one to even show up. Dropped $150 and the kids only got to play a few games. Completely ripped off!

such a bummer to have come for a birthday party and not have the restaurant open. When I asked the girl behind the counter if she could served me a beer, she stated she didn’t know she would ask the manager. The manager just stood behind the counter and did not come and find me to tell me, that there was no cash register. I had to go and find him:( Oh the floors could use a good mopping every step you take is sticky!

Food was very expensive. Games also. $100 on their game card got us about 30 minutes of play.

This place is amazing , I brought my 2 and 9 year old grandsons here amd they had a blast! The staff are friendly and helpful!

My son recently became old enough to enjoy the In the Game environment. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. Maddie ensured our Groupon worked perfectly. Winter and Kailee were so thoughtful to answer all our questions and get my son set up for mini golf. Eli was attentive, kind and patient with us, too. We had a great time and I look forward to coming back again soon!
