My hubbington and I had an amazing experience, and the light show was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and nice. The stores were reasonably priced, and the Ferris wheel is a must!

The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama, is one of the Gulf Coast’s most vibrant and versatile entertainment districts, offering a sophisticated yet high-energy experience for every type of visitor. This expansive destination masterfully blends upscale shopping, diverse dining, and world-class attractions into a lively waterfront setting. Guests can spend their afternoon strolling along the palm-lined Main Street to explore unique boutique shops or enjoy a fresh seafood meal overlooking the sleek yachts docked at the Wharf Marina. For a bird’s-eye view of the coastline, a ride on the iconic Ferris wheel—one of the tallest in the Southeast—is a mandatory part of any visit. As the sun sets, the district truly comes alive. The Wharf is home to a premier outdoor amphitheater that draws major national recording artists and massive crowds throughout the concert season. Families specifically appreciate the wide array of entertainment options, from the state-of-the-art movie theater and mini-golf course to the nightly SPECTRA Laser Light Experience. This free show transforms Main Street into a choreographed display of light and sound that captivates both children and adults. Beyond the shore, the location serves as a hub for adventure, with dolphin cruises and boat rentals departing daily, making the destination a complete coastal package. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner spot, a high-octane concert, or a scenic place to unwind with the family, The Wharf delivers a polished and memorable Alabama beach experience that keeps visitors returning year after year.

Ice skating was great and a little crowded, but we still had a lot of fun! The Christmas lights and the big area they have to hang out and play in was really nice for taking some fun pictures and just spending more time with friends without needing to go spend money on food or shopping.

This place is great to go to and walk around and browse shops and get a bite to eat. We bring our dog, it's very pet friendly! There is also a dog botu boutique as well. I do recommend those place.

A great place to spend an afternoon shopping, dining or hanging out with friends. It's one of the tourist spots that was highly recommended to visit. I'm not sure we got around to all the shops. There are so many of them. The highlights for us were making our own fragrances at High Cotton and a sweet treat from Kilwins. The Wharf is animal friendly (apparently) because a tall, well-mannered dog kept coming in and out of the shop we were in. It was cute at first, but he probably came in and out 15 times, standing around, waiting for snacks! It was a bit much.
